  1. Q: What is a Meet & Greet, and why is it required?<\/strong>
    \nA:<\/strong> Our complimentary Meet & Greet is a one-time evaluation to ensure your dog is a great fit for our open-play environment. It includes a health check, behavior screening, and supervised play. It takes about 20 minutes to complete, and you earn a free day of daycare for your dog.<\/li>\n
  2. Q: What vaccinations are required?<\/strong>
    \nA:<\/strong> All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper\/Parvo (DHPP). Puppies can start as early as 4 months if they\u2019ve completed their series of shots.<\/li>\n
  3. Q: Do you accept puppies or intact dogs?<\/strong>
    \nA:<\/strong> Yes! We accept intact dogs under 7 months of age if they pass their Meet & Greet and are fully vaccinated. After 7 months of age, they must be spayed or neutered to stay in our care.<\/li>\n
  4. Q: What are your hours for daycare and boarding drop-off\/pick-up?<\/strong>
    \nA:<\/strong> Weekdays: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    \nWeekends: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.<\/li>\n
  5. Q: How is your boarding priced, and what\u2019s included?<\/strong>
    \nA:<\/strong> Boarding is priced per night and includes full days of open play. Pick-up is by noon to avoid a half-day daycare charge. \u00a0After four or more boarding nights, your pup gets a complimentary bath!<\/li>\n
  6. Q: Will my dog play during boarding?<\/strong>
    \nA:<\/strong> All boarding dogs enjoy full access to our daycare playrooms\u2014up to 10 hours of supervised play daily. We do not crate dogs for extended periods and instead rotate them into occasional play periods, similar to other facilities.\u00a0 No lonely days here!<\/li>\n
  7. Q: What kind of accommodation do you provide for overnight stays?<\/strong>
    \nA:<\/strong> We offer both home-style crates and spacious suites for dogs of all sizes. Each pup has a safe, comfy space to rest. Most owners bring in a bed or blanket from home. The dogs are in their crates or suites from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.<\/li>\n
  8. Q: Can I bring my dog\u2019s food, medications, or toys?<\/strong>
    \nA:<\/strong> Yes! We feed your pup their usual food, provided by you, and administer non-injectable medications at no extra charge. You may bring durable toys (please note that rawhides and bully sticks are not allowed).<\/li>\n
  9. Q: Do you offer any discounts for regular daycare?<\/strong>
    \nA:<\/strong> Yes! Enroll in our weekly daycare program to save big. The more days you attend, the more you save\u2014plus, enrolled dogs get priority booking and discounted boarding.<\/li>\n
  10. Q: How can I check on my dog during the day?<\/strong>
    \nA:<\/strong> We have live webcams in every playroom so you can watch your pup having the Most Exciting Day Ever anytime! Webcams are on during open play periods, 7 am to Noon and 2 pm to 7 pm on weekdays, and 10 am to Noon and 2 pm to 5 pm on weekends.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
