At Dogtopia, we are focused on health and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dogtopia.com\/commitment-to-safety\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">safety<\/a>\u00a0as well as ensuring all dogs are comfortable in our open-play environment. For daycare and boarding, all dogs are separated into playrooms by size and temperament where they can enjoy hours of safe socialization, exercise, education and FUN. They\u2019re supervised by our highly trained Canine Coaches and you can check in on them throughout the day via our live webcams!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dogtopia.com\/falls-church\/wp-content\/themes\/dogtopia-local-2018\/dist\/images\/endless-love-trusted-support-gray.svg\" alt=\"Endless Love Trusted Support\" width=\"618\" height=\"153\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>DOGTOPIA REQUIREMENT<span style=\"color: #5b6770; font-family: brandon-grotesque, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1rem; font-weight: bold; text-transform: uppercase;\">S:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Up-to-date on vaccinations (including Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella) \u2013 don\u2019t have your records? We can call your vet for you!<\/li>\n<li>Puppies must be at least 12 weeks old AND fully vaccinated for Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella<\/li>\n<li>Dogs 7 months and older must be spayed\/neutered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*Newly adopted adult dogs should be in their new home for at least 30 days to get comfortable in their new surroundings<\/em><br \/>\n<em>*Dogtopia highly recommends all new overnight boarding pups complete 3 days of daycare prior to their first overnight stay with us to ensure\u00a0<\/em><em>their comfort during the stay and meet all their new human and furry friends ahead of time<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>GETTING READY FOR THE MEET &amp; GREET:<\/h4>\n<p>Once your Meet &amp; Greet appointment is set and confirmed by our team, you will receive an email to log-in to your online dashboard and begin the registration process. This is where we get to know more about you and your dog, vaccinations can be uploaded by you or our team and you can review and digitally sign our Pet Parent Agreement. Then you\u2019re ready!<\/p>\n<h4>WHAT TO EXPECT:<\/h4>\n<p>On Meet &amp; Greet day, you will bring your dog(s) to the facility and it is very important to bring the dog on a leash or slip lead with a collar\/harness when you enter the lobby. The evaluation process with your dog takes 20-30 minutes with our trained evaluator. During this time, we would love to show you around, address your questions and you can even watch the playroom cameras from our lobby!<\/p>\n<h4>EVALUATION INCLUDES:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Wellness check<\/li>\n<li>Response to staff touch\/interaction<\/li>\n<li>Comfort level in a crate \u2013 Crates are used for rest, naptime, boarding, feedings and administering medication when applicable<\/li>\n<li>Reaction in \u201copen-play\u201d setting with other dogs of varying size, breed, and temperament<\/li>\n<li>Overall observations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The process is very easy and there is nothing to be nervous about at Dogtopia \u2013 we just want to get to know your pup better!<\/p>\n<p>Have additional questions?
